We can arrange to meet tenants for key handover and waltk-roughs. We will also take meter readings where possibe, record keys and smoke alarms. All photos are timestamped and tenants can sign the inventories online saving time and chasing. All parties will receive a cloud based report within 48hrs.
This takes place when tenants vacate a property. This can take place on the last day of the tenancy where we compare the current condition against the original inventory and check in report. At the end of the tenancy, keys are handed over to our clerks, no further access is permitted to the tenant. The tenant(s) are expected to return the property to the same condition as it was whilst allowing for fair wear & tear.
Also know as an interim inspection, we can visit the property to ensure it is being well taken care of and to check if there are any maintenance issues. This helps to make sure tenants are not breaking the tenancy agreement as well as protecting your investment. At UK Inventories we can do monthly checks, 6 monthly or yearly, whatever gives you peace of mind. This will help to ensure or spot any negligence, subletting or illegal activities.
